Conquering the Fear of Change with Neural Retraining

We've all been there haven't we?

We know we need to make a change, but we just keep putting it off because some part of us is afraid or resistant to making the change....

In this video, I talk about why we fear and resist change and how to help our brain feel safe with making change.

Once the brain feels the change you want to make is actually safe, it becomes easy to take action to change your circumstances!

I've done this around fear of changing my job, moving, getting a new dog, putting myself out there as an online presence, and probably more!
