What long does it take to rewire the brain?

This depends on where you’re starting, your goals, and how fast your brain makes changes. If you just want to rewire some past traumas, we can usually do that in 1-3 sessions, depending on how many traumas there are, and how severe your reaction is to them. Sometimes I can rewire 3-5 moderate traumas with someone in a single session. Other times, one huge trauma may take 3 sessions to fully rewire. If you just want to rewire your response to a particular context in your life such as a phobia or airplanes, we can usually accomplish that in 1-3 sessions. If you’re starting from a place of being super sick, super dysregulated, or running some really severe patterns, especially if that has been going on a long time, and you’d like to achieve optimal, lasting wellness it is likely to take 6-12 months.

What will we do in the private brain rewiring sessions?

In the 90 min long sessions, we will uncover subconscious beliefs, past experiences, and unhelpful emotional associations that are keeping you stuck in your current situation. As your guide and teacher, I will help you rewire your brain to be in alignment with the happiest, healthiest you possible, and I will empower you to take these tools with you everywhere you go in life.

Can you bill my insurance for any of our work together?

My coaching services do not lend themselves to the medical insurance regulations, and thus I am not able to bill insurance for them. However, since these services are health or mental health-related, you may be able to submit the receipt for reimbursement by your HSA or FSA account.

How many private brain rewiring sessions will I need?

It varies from person-to-person, what issue we are working on, and how much you implement the homework practices in your everyday life. The coolest part about the techniques I use is that changes can happen really fast! Often you will feel and think quite differently in just few sessions, but your commitment to perpetuating these changes in your mind and everyday life is critical. Think of it like this: in the sessions, we will create new neural connections for what you want in your life or health, but neural networks become our strong default programming from practice (like learning to play the piano or ride a bike).
