Rosemary Essential Oil
Rosemary essential oil is one of the essential oils I have used in the Aroma-Ace Diffuser to prevent colonization after a suspected mold exposure.
I’ve also diffused it into my sinuses with that diffuser to help eradicate established fungal colonization.
I usually combine it with several other anti-fungal essential oils including thyme, tea tree, and eucalyptus.
I know some people have used diluted rosemary essential oil as a nasal spray. I have not seen that be well-tolerated, so I do not recommend its use that way.
It’s also a great one to clean the house with as a natural disinfectant.
Do not ingest orally or apply to the skin or mucous membranes directly. Do not use with children or pets.
