Work With Me

Working together is a more personalized, in-depth process than most people are used to.

This isn’t a quick protocol or a one-size-fits-all plan.

We take the time to understand what’s actually happening in your body, nervous system, and environment, and build from there.

This is a guided process where we work together over time to support deep, lasting healing.

Ways We Can Work Together:

Depending on your needs, there are two primary ways to work with me.

Whole-Person Mold Recovery
A fully personalized, whole-person approach for people dealing with chronic symptoms where toxic mold exposure may be playing a role.

We work together to understand what’s driving your symptoms and support both your body and nervous system through a structured, adaptive process of recovery.

Calm the Alarm
This program is focused specifically on nervous system healing and brain rewiring. It’s designed for those who feel stuck in patterns of reactivity, anxiety, or dysregulation whether from mold illness or other chronic health issues and want to help their system feel safe enough to heal.

If you’re not sure which is the right fit, that’s something we can figure out together.

Who This is For

This may be a good fit if:

  • You know or suspect mold is part of your health picture, even if there are other factors involved

  • You’ve tried multiple approaches to healing, but still feel stuck

  • You (and your body) feel reactive, sensitive, or overwhelmed

  • You’re dealing with ongoing nervous system symptoms like anxiety, fear, or dysregulation—even if the physical side isn’t fully clear

  • You’re open to addressing both the physical and nervous system sides of healing

  • You want guidance, but don’t want to feel dependent on it long-term

This may not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for a quick band-aid approach or a standard protocol

  • You only want to focus on the physical body and aren’t open to addressing your nervous system

  • You’re not in a place to engage in a more personalized, deeper healing process

How We Get Started

We begin with a short, 15–20 minute consult.

This is a simple conversation to understand what’s going on for you and determine whether this feels like the right fit, for both of us.

If it does, the next step is a more in-depth session.

Before that session, you’ll complete a detailed intake so I can fully review your case ahead of time.

During that session, we’ll:

  • Go through your history, symptoms, and exposures in detail

  • Identify the key factors contributing to where you are now

  • Determine the level and type of support that makes the most sense for you

From there, we decide together on the best path forward.

What Working Together Looks Like

This work is not a fixed protocol.

It’s a personalized process that evolves as your body and nervous system change.

Depending on your needs, this may focus more on physical healing, nervous system work, or a combination of both.

For those wanting naturopathic medical care in addition to nervous system healing, we often move through a process that includes two core phases:

Building Resilience
This is where we focus on stabilizing and protecting your body and nervous system, often while you are still navigating exposure or in the early stages of recovery. The goal here is to help you and your body feel better and regain resilience to minimize the impact of mold exposure.

Repair & Rebalance
As your system becomes more stable and the toxic exposure stops, we move into deeper healing and restoration, addressing imbalances in every system, sensitivities, deficiencies, infection, damage, and trauma left by mold.

While the process is personalized to you, this progression allows us to move forward in a way that is both strategic and sustainable rather than overwhelming your system or pushing it faster than it can handle.

What Our Work Together May Include:

  • Mold-focused medical care and specialized testing

  • Support for detox pathways, immune function, system repair, and co-existing conditions

  • Individualized nervous system sessions to reduce reactivity and recalibrate your stress response

  • Ongoing adjustments so your plan continues to fit your capacity and needs

Everything is tailored to your specific body, symptoms, and stage of recovery.

Our Nervous System Work Focuses On:

  • Calming an over-reactive nervous system to support the body’s ability to detox, rebalance, and repair effectively

  • Reducing patterns of fear, anxiety, and rumination around mold and symptoms

  • Reducing hypersensitivity reactions to mold, chemicals, EMFs, light, sound, and more.

  • Rewiring the stress and trauma of chronic illness, remediating, moving, letting go of belongings, and not feeling safe in your home.

  • Improving your tolerance to treatment and daily life

  • Re-establishing a default sense of safety in the world and in your body.

Recovery Stories

I went through some pretty profound changes. It is incredible the results you get when you really dig into the true roots of where things are coming from.

My bladder's gotten better, my mood has gotten better, my energy levels have gotten better, and then the emotional healing and the brain retraining and particularly is just making life just better and like now I don't have pain. I am not depressed and anxious. Now I can start focusing on giving back and doing things I love.

It's been the dual approach that's given me the most benefit. I don't think one or the other would've been enough on its own, but if I had to pick one or the other, it seems like the trauma response rewiring and the emotional healing probably is more significant. I think you can do the physical stuff all you want, but if you don't work on this underlying brain retraining, you're only gonna get limited results and they're gonna keep coming back.

You Don’t Need to Have it All Figured Out…

You don’t need to be in a mold-safe environment yet to start feeling better.

I can support you to start healing at any stage.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.

And you don’t need to know exactly what kind of support you need.

That’s something we’ll sort through together.

When you’re ready to explore whether this is the right fit for you,
you can start here.

This is a short, no-pressure conversation to see if this is the right fit.

  • You don’t need to be certain.

Many people I work with come in unsure whether mold is the primary driver, one of several factors, or something that was missed entirely.

Part of our work together is helping you understand what’s actually contributing to your symptoms so you’re not guessing or trying to piece it together on your own.

If mold is part of the picture, we’ll address it appropriately.
If there are other drivers, we’ll identify and work with those as well.

  • That’s expected.

Most people dealing with mold-related illness also have multiple overlapping factors contributing to how they feel. Focusing on just one piece rarely leads to full resolution.

Mold illness often overlaps with other issues like chronic infections, mast cell activation, gut dysfunction, hormone imbalances, and nervous system dysregulation. These aren’t separate problems. They are interconnected pieces of what your body is dealing with.

My approach is to look at the bigger picture of how these systems are interacting in your body and prioritize what matters most for your healing.

The goal is not to do everything at once, but to work in a way your body can actually respond to.

  • That’s one of the most common situations people come in with.

In many cases, it’s not that you haven’t tried enough. It’s that the right pieces weren’t in place at the right time.

    This might look like:

    • Starting detox or treatment before your system was stable enough to tolerate it

    • Addressing one piece of the puzzle without support for the others

    • Following a protocol that wasn’t tailored to your body’s specific needs

Over time, this can create a pattern where each new attempt feels promising at first, but ultimately doesn’t lead to lasting progress.

The work we do together is designed to change that pattern.

By focusing on the right sequence, supporting your system’s capacity, and adjusting your care as you go, we’re able to build healing progress in a way that holds.

  • You’re not alone in that experience.

While those programs can be helpful for some people, they don’t always address the deeper reasons your nervous system is staying stuck in a dysregulated pattern.

So many people don’t get more than in-the-moment improvement with those approaches.

The work I do is different in that we’re not just practicing regulation or trying to build new habits of calm.

In one-on-one sessions, we use memory reconsolidation to address the underlying drivers of dysregulation, including traumas, old emotional learnings, and limiting beliefs that are dictating your nervous system’s default responses.

Because this is personalized and happening in real time, we can follow what your system is actually doing and update the patterns that are keeping you stuck, rather than applying a general protocol.

For many people, this allows for a deeper and more lasting change.

  • That’s something I take very seriously.

Many people with mold illness or chronic health issues have systems that are highly reactive and easily overwhelmed.

Instead of pushing your body with aggressive protocols, we focus first on helping your system feel safer and more supported so it can actually respond to treatment.

From there, we move forward in a way that matches your capacity.

This is often what allows sensitive patients to begin making progress without feeling worse along the way.

  • This is a short, 15–20 minute conversation.

We’ll talk briefly about what you’re experiencing, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re looking for.

From there, we’ll determine whether it makes sense to move forward with a more in-depth session.

There’s no pressure to commit to anything. This is simply a way for both of us to decide if it feels like the right next step.

  • No.

This is a straightforward, honest conversation to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

If it feels aligned, I’ll explain the next steps.

If it doesn’t, you won’t be pushed to move forward.

  • Yes.

While reducing or eliminating exposure is an important part of recovery, many people are not able to fully change their environment right away.

We can begin by supporting your body and nervous system where you are, helping reduce reactivity and symptoms, protect your body from the toxins and fungi, and build resilience so that when you reach a safe environment, healing progresses more easily and efficiently.

  • Yes.

All sessions are done remotely, so you can access support from anywhere.

Medical care with prescribing is currently offered via telehealth for patients located in Oregon.

  • I don’t follow a single standardized protocol.

While I may use certain tools when appropriate, my approach is more flexible and individualized.

In my experience, many people don’t fully recover using rigid, one-size-fits-all protocols.

Instead, I tailor care based on your specific symptoms, history, exposures, nervous system, and how your body responds over time.
