Work With Me

Working together is a more personalized, in-depth process than most people are used to.

This isn’t a quick protocol or a one-size-fits-all plan.

We take the time to understand what’s actually happening in your body and nervous system, and build from there.

Who This is For

This may be a good fit if:

  • You know or suspect mold is part of your health picture

  • You’ve tried multiple approaches to healing, but still feel stuck

  • You (and your body) feel reactive, sensitive, or overwhelmed

  • You’re open to addressing both the physical and nervous system sides of healing

  • You want guidance, but don’t want to feel dependent on it long-term

This may not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for a quick bandaid approach or a standard protocol

  • You only want to focus on treating the body, and don’t want to address your dysregulated nervous system. If you think your nervous system is doing fantastic, we can absolutely still have a conversation.

  • You’re not in a place to engage with a more personalized, deep healing process

How We Get Started

We begin with a short, 15–20 minute consult.

This is a simple conversation to understand what’s going on for you and determine whether this feels like the right fit, for both of us.

If it does, the next step is a more in-depth session.

Before that session, you’ll complete a detailed intake so I can fully review your case ahead of time.

During that session, we’ll:

  • Go through your history, symptoms, and exposures in detail

  • Identify the key factors contributing to where you are now

  • Determine the level and type of support that makes the most sense for you

From there, we decide together on the best path forward.

What Working Together Looks Like

This work is not a fixed protocol.

It’s a personalized process that evolves as your brain, body, and nervous system change.

Depending on your situation, this may include:

  • Mold-focused medical care and specialized testing when appropriate

  • Support for detox, immune function, and system repair

  • Individualized nervous system sessions to reduce reactivity and recalibrate your stress response

  • Ongoing adjustments so your plan continues to fit your capacity and needs

Everything is tailored to your specific body, symptoms, needs, and stage of recovery.

Areas we may focus on

  • Reducing reactivity and hypersensitivity

  • Supporting your body’s ability to detox, rebalance and repair

  • Calming an over-reactive nervous system

  • Processing the stress and trauma of mold illness

  • Improving tolerance to treatment and daily life

You don’t need to be in a mold-safe environment yet.

I can support you to start healing at any stage.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.

And you don’t need to know exactly what kind of support you need.

That’s something we’ll sort through together.

When you’re ready to explore whether this is the right fit for you,
you can start here.

This is a short, no-pressure conversation to see if this is the right fit.

  • That’s okay.

Many people I work with aren’t completely certain when they first reach out. If mold is part of the picture, we’ll identify that together. If it’s not, we’ll talk honestly about what else might be underlying your symptoms.

  • That’s expected.

Mold illness often overlaps with other issues like chronic infections, mast cell activation, gut dysfunction, hormone imbalances, and nervous system dysregulation. These aren’t separate problems. They are interconnected pieces of what your body is dealing with.

We take that into account from the beginning.

Rather than trying to chase each issue in isolation, we look at how these pieces are interacting and prioritize what your system needs most right now.

The goal is not to do everything at once, but to work in a way your body can actually respond to.

  • That’s actually very common.

Most people I work with have already done a lot. In many cases, the missing piece is not more effort, but a more complete approach that addresses both the body and the nervous system together.

  • That’s something I hear often.

Those programs can be helpful for some people, especially for building awareness and giving you tools to work with your nervous system, and teach it new habits.

At the same time, many people don’t get more than in-the-moment improvement with those approaches.

The work I do is different in that we’re not just practicing regulation or trying to build new habits of calm.

In one-on-one sessions, we use memory reconsolidation to work directly with the underlying drivers of dysregulation, including traumas, old emotional learnings, and limiting beliefs that are dictating your nervous system’s default responses.

Because this is personalized and happening in real time, we can follow what your system is actually doing and update the patterns that are keeping you stuck, rather than applying a general protocol.

  • This is something I take into account from the beginning.

Care is adjusted to your capacity so we’re working with your system, not overwhelming it. As your nervous system becomes more stable, most people find their tolerance to other treatments gradually improves.

  • No.

That’s something we’ll figure out together. You don’t need to decide that on your own before we talk.

  • It’s a short, 15–20 minute conversation.

We’ll talk briefly about your situation, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re looking for. The goal is to determine whether this feels like a good fit, for both of us.

  • No.

This is simply a conversation to explore whether working together makes sense. If it does, I’ll walk you through the next steps. If it doesn’t, we’ll talk about what might be a better fit.

  • Yes.

While full recovery typically requires reducing or removing exposure, there is often a lot we can do to stabilize your system and reduce symptoms while you’re navigating that process.

  • Yes.

All sessions are done remotely, so you can access support from anywhere.

Medical care with prescribing is currently available for patients located in Oregon.

  • I’m familiar with the Shoemaker approach and other mold-focused protocols, and I do use certain tools from those approaches when they’re appropriate.

At the same time, I don’t follow a rigid protocol.

In my experience, mold illness is too complex and too individual for a one-size-fits-all system to work well for most people, especially those who are more sensitive or have multiple layers going on.

Instead, I take a more flexible, personalized approach.

We look at what’s happening in your body and nervous system as a whole, and use the tools that make the most sense for your specific situation, adjusting as your system changes.
