Nattokinase

Did you know that when mold, candida, parasites, or pathogenic bacteria are growing in our body, they’re almost always growing inside a protective little castle called a biofilm? These biofilms prevent antimicrobials from work, and even our immune systems from being able to get rid of the overgrowth or infection.

Anytime I need to do an anti-microbial protocol whether it’s to eradicate fungal colonization, parasites, or bacterial overgrowth, I always add biofilm disruptors. Otherwise, treatment often doesn’t work.

Nattokinase is one such biofilm disruptor. It works by breaking down fibrin, a common component of biofilms. It’s a lot weaker than lumbrokinase, but has a different mechanism of action, so they can complement each other.

I often combine it with several other biofilm disruptors which all have different mechanisms of action for the best outcome.

I also use it for hypercoagulability, which is common in those with chronic infections and post-COVID. Nattokinase is also useful for breaking down spike protein in those with spike-protein-related illness.

Typical dosing is 2 caps twice daily away from food. Must be taken away from food to be effective.
