AllQlear
AllQlear provides relief from allergies and mast cell activation symptoms through multiple different mechanisms of action, including reducing tryptase and histamine release and blocking tryptase activity.
AllQlear provides this tryptase inhibition via an extract of quail egg which contains ovomucoids that act as a tryptase inhibitor.
AllQlear also includes Alpha-Glycosyl Isoquercitrin (AGI), which is a form of quercetin with better absorption and superior bioavailability. Quercetin also stabilizes mast cells and reduced symptoms of mast cell activity and allergy.
EMIQ
EMIQ is a form of quercetin that is dramatically better absorbed than others (40x better).
This is the form I’ve personally found most effective for mast cell and histamine intolerance symptoms.
Quercetin helps to stabilize mast cells, reducing the release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators.
Histamine Digest Puremax
Histamine Digest Puremax is a potent DAO enzyme product. DAO is the enzyme necessary to break down histamine in the digestive tract. Those with histamine intolerance and mast cell activation often aren’t producing enough to keep up with demand. This supplement helps keep histamine from the gut from spilling over into the bloodstream where it can then cause itching, flushing, anxiety, and a host of other symptoms.
It’s best taken 15 minutes before meals.
