I love, love, love this essential oil diffuser!

I have used many different types and brands over the years, and none come close to this.

Why? There’s no water. Nothing is diluting the essential oil. It comes out pure and strong. You can adjust the output (strength), the time, and pause times. The BEST part is, there’s NOTHING TO CLEAN! You just swap out bottles when you want to change scents. The little diffuser cap fits on a standard essential oil bottle, so it’s fast and easy to swap and no sticky reservoirs to clean.

I have used it directly into my sinuses for fungal colonization and kill viral infections, and it has been really efficacious for both purposes.

I know some people recommend spray essential oils up the nose for sinus colonization (in nasal sprays or sinus rinses). Personally, I have never tolerated that (oh it burns!!) and my loved-ones haven’t either, but this method has been tolerated by everyone I have tried it with.

Of course, you can also use it to fill a room with essential oils, which can be used to latch onto particulates like fungus in the air and pull them to the ground for easy wiping and removal. Depending on the essential oils use, you can use it to kill living organisms in the air like fungi, viri, and bacteria.

Just be careful not to trap pets in a room with this device because its output is strong and essential oils can be dangerous to animals.

I used Haleigh’s Hope organic CBD nasal spray to help reduce the inflammation in my sinuses and brain so that I could tolerate the anti-fungal sinus treatments I needed, and just feel better in general.

If you’re struggling to tolerate sinus treatment, this is a great way to calm things down so your sinuses are more comfortable and you can start gentle treatment.

When I was recovering from my first big mold exposure, my sinuses became so sensitive that I couldn’t tolerate putting almost anything in them, but they were horribly colonized.

Once this was working, I was then able to add a homemade hydrosol nasal spray and sinus probiotic, which got rid of my fungal colonization after 9 months of daily treatment. If you don’t treat the biofilm, you’re very unlikely get rid of the fungus. The biofilm is probably 70% of the battle. Pair this with 2-3 of anti-fungal nasal spray or rinsing ingredients for best results.

Nutribiotic Nasal Spray made with grapefruit seed extract can be a nice component in a protocol for eliminating mold from the sinuses. It’s anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-biofilm.

I do find that fungus becomes resistant to any single anti-fungal after a while if used on its own, so once it’s well-tolerated, I usually add a second or third anti-fungal to prevent resistance.

Argentyn 23 Silver Hydrosol can be a nice component in a protocol for eliminating mold from the sinuses. It’s also a gentle starting place, and well-tolerated by most people. In this form, I add it to a sinus rinse device at ¼ tsp. per rinse.

I do find that fungus becomes resistant to it after a while if used on its own, so once it’s well-tolerated, I usually add a second or third anti-fungal to prevent resistance.

After a serious toxic mold exposure, mold often likes to make a home way at the back of your sinuses.

There it can live pretty much indefinitely if not treated to get rid of it. You don’t want that because it can keep you inflamed, brain-fogged, having headaches, insomnia, and mood symptoms by pissing off your immune system right next to (and inside) your brain. It can also keep producing mycotoxins inside your body that are harmful to brain and overall health.

When nasal sprays aren’t enough, I like to use a sinus rinsing device that can get the anti-fungals and biofilm disruptors all the way to the back of the sinuses.

When using a sinus rinsing device, you always need to add salt to the distilled water used for the sinus wash. I love using the Xlear xylitol packets, which have both salt and xylitol (a biofilm disruptor) in them.

When we’re ready to amp up biofilm disrupting even further, I add these NAC packets to the sinus rinse in addition to the Xlear packets.

Both Xylitol and NAC are biofilm disruptors and can help make anti-fungals more effective at eradicating fungal colonies in the sinuses.

When nasal sprays aren’t enough, I like to use a sinus rinsing device that can get the anti-fungals all the way to the back of the sinuses.

When using a sinus rinsing device, you always need to add salt to the distilled water used for the sinus wash. I love these packets because they also include xylitol in addition to the right amount of salt.

Xylitol is a biofilm disruptor and can help make anti-fungals more effective at eradicating fungal colonies in the sinuses.

A simple sinus rinsing device like this can be great to deliver anti-fungal therapy to the back of your sinuses when nasal sprays aren’t cutting it. It’s also significantly easier to use than a neti pot.

Things like Allimax, grapefruit seed extract, xylitol, argentyn 23 silver, ozonated oils, and hydrosols, and pharmaceuticals can be used in the sinus rinse device to help eradicate fungal colonization.

AllQlear provides relief from allergies and mast cell activation symptoms through multiple different mechanisms of action, including reducing tryptase and histamine release and blocking tryptase activity.
