Biocidin
Biocidin is a great digestive anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-parasitic blend. It’s also a biofilm disruptor.
It’s great for those who don’t like taking pills, or for sensitive people who need to start really low dose.
You can start with as little as ¼ drop per day and work up as tolerated.
Complement with high-dose probiotics if you tolerate them.
Golden Thread Supreme
Golden Thread Supreme (Coptis) is a great digestive anti-fungal, with berberine as the active ingredient.
Always start with 1 cap and work up to the full dose only if tolerated.
I combine it with other anti-fungals so the fungus does not become resistant.
Complement with high-dose probiotics if you tolerate them.
Grapefruit Seed Extract
Grapefruit Seed Extract is a great digestive anti-fungal and anti-biofilm agent.
Always start with 1 cap and work up to the full dose only if tolerated.
I combine it with other anti-fungals so the fungus does not become resistant.
Complement with high-dose probiotics if you tolerate them.
Microb-Defend
Microb-Defend is a strong digestive anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, and anti-bacterial.
If you have a variety of different types of microbial overgrowths going on in your gut, this one covers many bases.
Always start with 1 cap and work up to the full dose only if tolerated.
Because it’s so strong, it should be complemented with high-dose probiotics if you tolerate them.
If you’re sensitive, and tend to have strong supplement or die-off reactions, this is not the place to start.
Allimax Liquid
Allimax liquid can be a nice component in a protocol for eliminating mold from the sinuses. In this form, I add it to a sinus rinse device at 2-8 drops per rinse.
I do find that fungus can become resistant to almost any single anti-fungal if used alone, so I usually add a second or third anti-fungal to prevent resistance.
Allimed
Allimed provides the body 100% yield of allicin, the active component in garlic, which is antimicrobial.
Allimed can be a great digestive anti-fungal as well as a good ant-microbial for SIBO.
If you’re ultra-sensitive, you can start with a lower potency Allimax product.
MegaMycoBalance
MegaMycobalance is a great digestive anti-fungal that I like because it isn’t damaging to the healthy bacterial microbiome that we want to protect.
I would start with just 1 cap, and work up to the full dose only as tolerated, which is 6 caps 2-3x daily.
Microbiome Balance
Microbiome Balance is a really strong digestive anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, and anti-bacterial.
Pau D’Arco Bark Tea
Pau D’ Arco is a great, natural anti-fungal against certain species of fungi.
I often use it in combination with several other natural or pharmaceutical anti-fungals to eradicate fungal colonization of the GI tract.
It’s also really tasty, in my opinion!
I like to buy it in bulk from Mountain Rose Herbs because I trust the quality, purity, and sourcing.
You can also find it in ready-made tea bags, but its easier to get the necessary dose with bulk herb like this. Otherwise, you have to use multiple tea bags at a time.
Clove Essential Oil
Clove essential oil is one of the essential oils I have used in the Aroma-Ace Diffuser to prevent colonization after a suspected mold exposure.
I’ve also diffused it into my sinuses with that diffuser to help eradicate established fungal colonization.
I usually combine it with several other anti-fungal essential oils including thyme, tea tree, and rosemary.
I know some people have used diluted clove essential oil as a nasal spray. I have not seen that be well-tolerated, so I do not recommend its use that way.
It’s also a great one to clean the house with as a natural disinfectant.
Do not ingest orally or apply to the skin or mucous membranes directly. Do not use with children or pets.

Shield Essential Oil Blend
The Shield Essential Oil blend is highly antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-viral.
I like to use it in the Aroma-Ace Essential Oil Diffuser directly into my sinuses when I think I just had a mold, viral, or bacterial exposure to prevent colonization or coming down with illness.
I like to diffuse it into the room or the car with the Aroma-Ace diffuser when people come to visit who just flew on an airplane to prevent viral transmission.
I’ve also diffused it into my sinuses to help eradicate established fungal colonization.
It’s also a great one to clean the house with as a natural disinfectant.
It’s a powerhouse and smells amazing like Christmas time!

Tulsi Hydrosol
When I was recovering from my first big mold exposure, my sinuses became so sensitive that I couldn’t tolerate putting almost anything in them, but they were horribly colonized.
The Citridrops (homeopathic) nasal spray plus a homemade hydrosol nasal spray saved me! Neither of them hurt or made symptoms worse. With those two very gentle nasal sprays and a sinus probiotic, I got rid of my fungal colonization after 9 months of daily treatment. I know that seems like a long time, but boy was it worth it! It got rid of the daily headaches, sinus pressure, brain fog, and fatigue that I had lived with for years!
