Biofilm Defense
Did you know that when mold, candida, parasites, or pathogenic bacteria are growing in our body, they’re almost always growing inside a protective little castle called a biofilm? These biofilms prevent antimicrobials from work, and even our immune systems from being able to get rid of the overgrowth or infection.
Anytime I need to do an anti-microbial protocol whether it’s to eradicate fungal colonization, parasites, or bacterial overgrowth, I always add biofilm disruptors. Otherwise, treatment often doesn’t work.
Biofilm Defense, is one such biofilm disruptor. This is an enzymatic biofilm disruptor, and on the gentler side. It’s a great place to start when you’re just starting to open biofilms.
Once tolerated, I often combine it with several other biofilm disruptors which all have different mechanisms of action for the best outcome.
Taurine
Taurine is a great biofilm disruptor particularly when klebsiella is overgrown in the GI tract or bladder. Klebsiella is a stubborn one. 3 grams twice daily until gone from the bladder or 1-2 grams twice daily for up to 6 months to help eradicate klebsiella from the GI tract.
I often combine it with several other biofilm disruptors which all have different mechanisms of action for the best outcome.
Taurine is also a really valuable mitochondrial support, and I see several grams per day really help many people with mitochondrial dysfunction to regain energy.
Sustained-Release NAC
Did you know that when mold, candida, parasites, or pathogenic bacteria are growing in our body, they’re almost always growing inside a protective little castle called a biofilm? These biofilms prevent antimicrobials from work, and even our immune systems from being able to get rid of the overgrowth or infection.
Anytime I need to do an anti-microbial protocol whether it’s to eradicate fungal colonization, parasites, or bacterial overgrowth, I always add biofilm disruptors. Otherwise, treatment often doesn’t work.
NAC, is one such biofilm disruptor. I like to use the sustained-release version of it when using NAC as a biofilm disruptor so that it makes it into the lower parts of the digestive tract.
I often combine it with several other biofilm disruptors which all have different mechanisms of action for the best outcome.
NAC is also a great mucus thinner, and a precursor to glutathione production. Glutathione supports detoxification and is a master antioxidant in the body, so I use this NAC for those purposes too.
Biofilm Neutralizer
Did you know that when mold, candida, parasites, or pathogenic bacteria are growing in our body, they’re almost always growing inside a protective little castle called a biofilm? These biofilms prevent antimicrobials from work, and even our immune systems from being able to get rid of the overgrowth or infection.

Biofilm Neutralizer, and the EDTA in it, is one such biofilm disruptor. Because of the EDTA in it, it works against biofilms differently than lumbrokinase, nattokinase, biofilm phase 2-advanced, and xylitol. It also has some enzymatic biofilm disruptors in it. It’s quite an effective one that I usually have in the mix.
I often combine it with several other biofilm disruptors which all have different mechanisms of action for the best outcome.
Xylitol
Did you know that when mold, candida, parasites, or pathogenic bacteria are growing in our body, they’re almost always growing inside a protective little castle called a biofilm? These biofilms prevent antimicrobials from work, and even our immune systems from being able to get rid of the overgrowth or infection.
Anytime I need to do an anti-microbial protocol whether it’s to eradicate fungal colonization, parasites, or bacterial overgrowth, I always add biofilm disruptors. Otherwise, treatment often doesn’t work.
Xylitol is one such biofilm disruptor. That’s why it’s included in every toothpaste and gum for dental health that you can find these days. It can also be taken orally for digestive biofilms.
I often combine it with several other biofilm disruptors which all have different mechanisms of action for the best outcome.
Nattokinase
Did you know that when mold, candida, parasites, or pathogenic bacteria are growing in our body, they’re almost always growing inside a protective little castle called a biofilm? These biofilms prevent antimicrobials from work, and even our immune systems from being able to get rid of the overgrowth or infection.
Anytime I need to do an anti-microbial protocol whether it’s to eradicate fungal colonization, parasites, or bacterial overgrowth, I always add biofilm disruptors. Otherwise, treatment often doesn’t work.
Nattokinase is one such biofilm disruptor. It works by breaking down fibrin, a common component of biofilms. It’s a lot weaker than lumbrokinase, but has a different mechanism of action, so they can complement each other.
I often combine it with several other biofilm disruptors which all have different mechanisms of action for the best outcome.
I also use it for hypercoagulability, which is common in those with chronic infections and post-COVID. Nattokinase is also useful for breaking down spike protein in those with spike-protein-related illness.
Lumbrokinase
Did you know that when mold, candida, parasites, or pathogenic bacteria are growing in our body, they’re almost always growing inside a protective little castle called a biofilm? These biofilms prevent antimicrobials from work, and even our immune systems from being able to get rid of the overgrowth or infection.

Biofilm Phase 2 Advanced
Did you know that when mold, candida, parasites, or pathogenic bacteria are growing in our body, they’re almost always growing inside a protective little castle called a biofilm? These biofilms prevent antimicrobials from work, and even our immune systems from being able to get rid of the overgrowth or infection.
Anytime I need to do an anti-microbial protocol whether it’s to eradicate fungal colonization, parasites, or bacterial overgrowth, I always add biofilm disruptors. Otherwise, treatment often doesn’t work.
Developed by the brilliant biofilm expert, Dr. Paul Anderson, Biofilm Phase 2 Advanced is always in my arsenal of biofilm disruptors.
I often combine it with several other biofilm disruptors which all have different mechanisms of action for the best outcome.
Biocidin
Biocidin is a great digestive anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-parasitic blend. It’s also a biofilm disruptor.
It’s great for those who don’t like taking pills, or for sensitive people who need to start really low dose.
You can start with as little as ¼ drop per day and work up as tolerated.
Complement with high-dose probiotics if you tolerate them.
Grapefruit Seed Extract
Grapefruit Seed Extract is a great digestive anti-fungal and anti-biofilm agent.
Always start with 1 cap and work up to the full dose only if tolerated.
I combine it with other anti-fungals so the fungus does not become resistant.
Complement with high-dose probiotics if you tolerate them.
Microb-Defend
Microb-Defend is a strong digestive anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, and anti-bacterial.
If you have a variety of different types of microbial overgrowths going on in your gut, this one covers many bases.
Always start with 1 cap and work up to the full dose only if tolerated.
Because it’s so strong, it should be complemented with high-dose probiotics if you tolerate them.
If you’re sensitive, and tend to have strong supplement or die-off reactions, this is not the place to start.
