I have used many different types and brands over the years, and none come close to this.

I have used it directly into my sinuses for fungal colonization and kill viral infections, and it has been really efficacious for both purposes.

I know some people recommend spray essential oils up the nose for sinus colonization (in nasal sprays or sinus rinses). Personally, I have never tolerated that (oh it burns!!) and my loved-ones haven’t either, but this method has been tolerated by everyone I have tried it with.

Of course, you can also use it to fill a room with essential oils, which can be used to latch onto particulates like fungus in the air and pull them to the ground for easy wiping and removal. Depending on the essential oils use, you can use it to kill living organisms in the air like fungi, viri, and bacteria.

Just be careful not to trap pets in a room with this device because its output is strong and essential oils can be dangerous to animals.

Biofilm Clear-X is the best over-the-counter nasal spray I’ve found for breaking down the biofilm that mold protects itself with in the sinuses.

If you don’t treat the biofilm, you’re very unlikely get rid of the fungus. The biofilm is probably 70% of the battle. Pair this with 2-3 of anti-fungal nasal spray or rinsing ingredients for best results.

Nutribiotic Nasal Spray made with grapefruit seed extract can be a nice component in a protocol for eliminating mold from the sinuses. It’s anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-biofilm.

I do find that fungus becomes resistant to any single anti-fungal after a while if used on its own, so once it’s well-tolerated, I usually add a second or third anti-fungal to prevent resistance.

Argentyn 23 Silver Hydrosol can be a nice component in a protocol for eliminating mold from the sinuses. It’s also a gentle starting place, and well-tolerated by most people. In this form, I add it to a sinus rinse device at ¼ tsp. per rinse.

When nasal sprays aren’t enough, I like to use a sinus rinsing device that can get the anti-fungals all the way to the back of the sinuses.

When using a sinus rinsing device, you always need to add salt to the distilled water used for the sinus wash. I love these packets because they also include xylitol in addition to the right amount of salt.

Xylitol is a biofilm disruptor and can help make anti-fungals more effective at eradicating fungal colonies in the sinuses.

A simple sinus rinsing device like this can be great to deliver anti-fungal therapy to the back of your sinuses when nasal sprays aren’t cutting it. It’s also significantly easier to use than a neti pot.

Things like Allimax, grapefruit seed extract, xylitol, argentyn 23 silver, ozonated oils, and hydrosols, and pharmaceuticals can be used in the sinus rinse device to help eradicate fungal colonization.

AllQlear provides relief from allergies and mast cell activation symptoms through multiple different mechanisms of action, including reducing tryptase and histamine release and blocking tryptase activity.

AllQlear provides this tryptase inhibition via an extract of quail egg which contains ovomucoids that act as a tryptase inhibitor.
